A Bittersweet Online Customer Story…

Hi Stamping Friends!

Do you order Stampin’ Up products online from me, or anyone else?  If so, please take a moment to read this story…

A Bittersweet Online Customer Story—Yesterday, one of my amazing customers was kind enough to place a $188 order at my Online Store. I sincerely appreciate any stamper who makes the decision to order from me, especially when there are so many awesome demonstrators from which to choose.  But this particular order made me so sad for two reasons: first because this person didn’t redeem all of the freebies they earned, and second because I have no way to let them know for next time or even thank them for their order.

Two Helpful Tips for Online Order Customers…

  1. Don’t Forget To Redeem Your Stampin’ Rewards!  Orders over $150 qualify for at least 10% in Stampin’ Rewards dollars that can be spent on any current merchandise and even a Starter Kit!  You do not have to have an official “workshop” to earn and redeem those dollars!  Check out the Stampin’ Rewards chart for details!  After you complete your initial order, you’ll hit the continue button to take you to the page to order products with your earned dollars. If you hit the $450 level, you’ll earn a half-price item, too!
  2. Please “Opt In” To Allow Me To Serve You!  Stampin’ Up! takes their privacy policy very seriously and I applaud that, because I am very concerned about privacy, too!  However, you may not know that when you click the “No” button for receiving updates from Stampin’ Up!, it also prevents me from even knowing who ordered from me.  The order shows up from “No Contact.” That means I don’t even know who you are!  You will never receive a handmade thank you card from me, you will never receive FREE catalogs from me, and I will never be able to let you know if there is a problem with your order, like forgetting your Stampin’ Rewards!  It’s an easy fix…

To change your settings, simply log into your account, click on the My Demonstrator tab, and click the “Yes” button!  I want to be able to provide you with the best customer service possible, but I can’t if I don’t even know who you are!

And, if you’re the customer who placed that order from me yesterday, PLEASE contact me so I can send you a handmade card with my thanks!
