Adoring Hearts Just For You Card #1
I received this lovely swap card from Joey Hartman. She combined the Adoring Hearts stamp set with the coordinating Most Adored DSP from the Sale-a-Bration Flyer for a sweet Valentine’s card!
Background Basics
Joey stamped the floral heart image from Adoring Hearts in Real Red ink onto a 5-1/4″ x 4″ piece of Real Red cardstock. She tied some of the Pool Party Crinkle Ribbon, another FREE selection from the Sale-a-Bration Flyer, around the layer, then mounted it onto a Thick Basic White card base.
Heart Focal Point
Joey die-cut four hearts from the Most Adored DSP using the Adoring Hearts Dies. These dies are special because they also come with a Hybrid Embossing Folder that can be used to emboss and die-cut the hearts at the same time. That folder was not used on this card, but it is so cool!
The hearts were popped up onto a Basic White Stylish Shapes square die-cut with Dimensionals. That was layered onto a 3″ x 3″ piece of Petal Pink Glimmer Paper from the Three Color Glimmer Paper Online Exclusive pack. All of the layers were popped up with more Dimensionals over the ribbon.
Sweet Sentiment
Joey stamped the Adoring Hearts sentiment in Pool Party ink onto Basic White and die-cut it with the Adoring Hearts dies. It’s added over the hearts with more Dimensionals. She finished with some Iridescent Pastel Gems in the light blue color. So sweet!
Adoring Hearts Just For Your Card #2
Kay Cogbill created this pretty card also featuring the Adoring Hearts bundle and Most Adored DSP. She used similar elements to Joey’s card above.
Background Basics
Kay started by adhering a 5-1/4″ x 4″ piece of Most Adored DSP in a gold floral pattern onto a Thick Basic White card base. Next, she added a 5-1/4″ x 2-3/4″ Basic White backdrop layer.
Hearts Focal Point
Much like the first card, Kay die-cut hearts from the Most Adored DSP with the Adoring Hearts dies, then adhered them to the Basic White layer with SEAL Adhesive.
Sweet Sentiment
She stamped the Adoring Hearts sentiment in Real Red onto Basic White cardstock and die-cut it with the Adoring Hearts Dies. It’s popped up with Dimensionals.
Finishing Touches
Kay added some sparkle with a few Iridescent Foil Gems, then attached a Real Red 1/4″ Ribbon, from the Real Red & Burlap Ribbon combo pack, bow with a Glue Dot. So pretty!
