Floral Delight Wishing You Well Card
The layering possibilities for the Delightful Wishes Bundle are so fun! Not only can you do two-step stamping, you can do two-step die-cut layers, along with mixing and matching of the flowers and sentiments. I discovered lots of cool combinations! One of my favorites is the layered die-cut sentiment, like the one on this class card.
Background Basics
I started by adhering a 1-3/4″ x 4-1/4″ piece of Floral Delight Designer Series Paper to a Daffodil Delight card base. Next, I adhered a 4″ x 3″ piece of Floral & Gingham Vellum to a 4-1/2″ x 3-1/2″ piece of Basic White cardstock. I used SEAL Adhesive and I love that it is completely invisible under the vellum!
Focal Point
I started by stamping a Delightful Wishes sentiment in Old Olive ink onto a Basic White Stylish Shapes circle die-cut. I popped it up with Dimensionals.
Next, I die-cut a Basic White “wishing” word, along with a Coastal Cabana “wishing” word outline. They are adhered together with Multipurpose Liquid Glue, then adhered to the circle die-cut with more Liquid Glue.
Finishing Touches
I stamped the large Delightful Wishes floral details image in Daffodil Delight ink onto a scrap of Basic White, then stamped the coordinating solid image over the top in Lemon Lolly ink. I die-cut the flowers with the Delightful Wishes die and used only the trio of connected flowers to accent the bottom of the circle.
I topped the flowers off with a Peach Pie Party Dot to complete this heartwarming card.
