I’m finding that many have a misconception that this cool kit is filled with holiday-themed items, but that is not the case. Although it’s wrapped in a lovely “holiday” gift package, the contents are actually beautiful floral imagery and sentiments for all occasions! Get a glimpse of just a few of the projects I created for my 12 Days of Crafting 12 Projects Tutorial.

The beautiful holiday box opens up to give 12 days worth of “advent-style” surprise doors filled with coordinating products. Each day you get a little moment of inspiration and you’ll have tools and supplies to help you craft all year long. It also comes with a versatile coordinating stamp set.

I’m loving the Designer Series Paper in the 12 Days of Crafting Advent Calendar. Beautiful floral patterns in gorgeous color combinations. I paired two of the patterns on this Z-Fold card from my 12-Project Tutorial.

I started with a 4-1/4″ x 11″, scored at the 2-3/4″ and 5-1/2″ marks and folded in a “Z” style. I adhered a 2-1/2″ x 4″ floral pattern on the front flap and a 2-1/2″ x 4″ Old Olive leaf pattern on the inside edge.

Next, I stamped a sentiment in Misty Moonlight ink onto a Basic White die-cut label from the dies in the box. It’s mounted onto a 3-3/4″ x 2-3/4″ piece of Misty Moonlight cardstock and adhered to the front flap with SEAL Adhesive.

I stamped the large flower in Pretty In Pink and two medium flowers in Bubble Bath onto Basic White cardstock, cutting them out with the included dies. I also stamped the two sizes of flower centers in Lemon Lolly ink onto Basic White cardstock, then hand-cut those and attached them with Glue Dots. The flowers are popped up with Dimensionals.

I also used the included dies to create 3 branches and 3 single leaves, which I tucked around the blooms and attached with Glue Dots.

I found the cutest little gold butterflies in the loose shaker mix found behind one of the calendar doors. I added those with a dab of Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Love, love, love!

When the card is opened, there’s a 3-1/2″ x 2-1/2″ piece of Basic White cardstock for a little peek-a-boo message area. I added a pre-printed little accent for decoration. Adorable!
