Hi Stamping Friends!
I love to search the internet for stamping ideas that give me Too Cool inspiration and I find it interesting how I go in phases of liking a particular stamper's style. Do you find yourself doing that, too?
Right now, I'm liking so many cards created by Julie Davison at Julie's Stamping Spot! It seems like every card that pops out to me on Pinterest ends up having her watermark on it! And, many times, her cards are so "me" that I CASE them nearly exactly.
I've re-created her Painted Petals Diorama, Pop-Out Swing Card, and Four Feathers Trio cards recently, as well as today's card. She probably thinks I'm stalking her.
As if being a fan of her stamping wasn't enough, Julie also gave a kick-ass presentation at Leadership in January and I'm "CASEing" some of her ideas from that, too!
So, even though I always credit the originator of the card designs on each post, I wanted to give a bigger shout-out and thanks to the amazingly amazing Julie Davison!
I'll be expecting her cease & desist letter any day now.

CASEd from Julie Davison at Julie's Stamping Spot..
Background Basics—I started this card with a Whisper White card base, then stamped the leaves from Butterfly Basics in Pear Pizzazz ink over the 4" x 5-1/4" Pear Pizzazz background.
The background stamping ends up just barely peeking out from under the Tea Lace Doily embellishment. The little postmark is the perfect size to fit in one of the corners. So cute. The postmark says New York, NY, August 30, 3pm, so if that is a special place or date for you…bonus!
Scallop Tag—I punched the end of a 2" x 5" piece of Best Year Ever Designer Series Paper with the Scallop Tag Topper Punch. After the sentiment is stamped on this layer, I adhered it to the card front with SNAIL and added a 1/4" Whisper White Cotton Ribbon bow with a Glue Dot.
Sweet Sentiment—The top of the scallop tag is stamped with a phrase from Buttterfly Basics in a darker Old Olive color.
Beautiful Butterfly—The Strawberry Slush butterfly was die-cut with the Butterfly Thinlits. I adhered it in the center with two Glue Dots, then added a couple of Pearl Jewels to the body. Lovely!

Two Cool—I turned the scallop tag right-side-up and tilted it for the second version. Either way looks amazing!
