Birthday Blooms Sneak Peek Cards From Founder's Circle
#1 Happiest of Birthdays Card—The beautiful bloom image from the Birthday Blooms stamp set is perfect for coloring! Here, the image is heat embossed with White Embossing Powder, then watercolored with Blushing Bride and Mint Macaron inks using an Aqua Painter.
#2 Thanks Kraft Blossoms Card—I love the bold colors of these blossoms against the Kraft card stock background. The image was stamped three times, colored with Daffodil Delight, Calypso Coral and Elegant Eggplant inks, and hand-cut for this collage. The Burlap Ribbon, looped thread strands from the Burlap Ribbon and Naturals Elements add some nice natural textures to this card.
#3 For You Heart Stripes Card—I love the use of the pretty mini-heart border stamp to create a fun striped background on this card! The smaller flower from the Birthday Blooms set is also fun to color. This one is in Watercolor Wonder and Cucumber Crush, and it's accented with In Color Sequins and Gold Metallic Thread.
#4 For You Bermuda Gold Fancy Vellum Card—This time the bloom was stamped simply in black, then fussy-cut and popped up over some Gold Fancy Foil Vellum. It's accented with Metallic Sequins and Gold Metallic Thread.
#5 Thanks Friend Blossom Trio Card—I love this pretty trio of flowers, each watercolored with Garden Green for the leaves, and a bold color for each bloom: Daffodil Delight, Tangelo Twist and Watercolor Wonder. The Greetings Thinlits were used for the die-cut "thanks" that's combined with the Birthday Blooms sentiment. The background is part of the Neutrals DSP Stack.
#6 Happiest of Birthdays Stripes Card—The mini-heart border is used again for a colorful background for the fun greeting focal point. Yes, they did fussy-cut that "Happiest" word! Whoa! Impressive!
#7 Hello Friend Watercolor Card—Here's another pretty watercolored card using Calypso Coral and Mint Macaron inks. I love the little dots on this one! It's one of the images in the set and it adds a sweet "baby's breath" look to the blossom. The Gold Foil sentiment is die-cut with the Hello You Thinlits.
