Lasting Lily Musical Moments Card
The beautiful flowers from the Lasting Lily stamp set create the perfect focal point and feel for a sympathy or thinking of you card. I love the way this card layers the blooms over the top of sheet music. Not only does it give it a more patterned look, but it becomes a more personal card for anyone who may be musical. You could try this layering with other background stamps like Marbled, Hardwood or Burlap, too.
- Lay Sheet Music stamp face up on flat surface. Add Smoky Slate ink to stamp, then lay 3-7/8” x 4-7/8” piece of Whisper White card stock on top. Cover with a scratch paper and rub all over to ink up card stock. Remove card stock from stamp. (TIP: Stamp a line or two of music from the TOP of the stamp onto the BOTTOM of a 4” x 5-1/4” piece of white card stock for the inside card layer)
- Stamp Lasting Lily flowers on right side of stamped paper in Berry Burst ink. Add stems and leaves in Mossy Meadow ink.
- Stamp Lasting Lily sentiment on left side using Basic Gray ink.
- Adhere stamped layer onto 3-7/8” x 5-1/8” Berry Burst card stock.
- Tie Berry Burst Metallic-Edge Ribbon around the layers in a bow.
- Attach front of card to Old Olive card base and layer to inside of card.

Lasting Lily Thoughts With You Card
I love this more traditional Lasting Lily card with a bold & bright Poppy Parade color. No need to be dreary on a thinking of you card! I also love the ribbon tied through the label for an interesting detail.
- Stamp the single Lasting Lily stem using Old Olive ink on the 3-1/2” x 4-3/4” Whisper White cardstock layer. Stamp the twist, large leaf image using Old Olive ink, along the stem.
- Stamp the stem/leaf image using Old Olive ink next to the previous stem.
- Stamp the full Lasting Lily flower image using Poppy Parade ink on each of the stems.
- Adhere the Whisper White layer to the 3-5/8” x 4-7/8” Poppy Parade layer.
- Stamp the Lasting Lily greeting using Basic Gray ink on Whisper White scrap cardstock. Die cut the greeting using the label from the Lakeside Framelits.
- Using the Detailed Trio Punch, punch a small hole on each side of the die cut label. Thread the ribbon through the holes, wrapping it around the cardstock layers. Finish by tying a bow on the left-hand side a shown.
- Adhere the cardstock layer to the Whisper White card base using Dimensionals.
