Tutti-Frutti Celebrate You Cards
The cheerful colors and fruit images in the NEW Tutti-Frutti 6×6" Designer Series Paper Stack are sure to brighten your day! Peggy Tassler created these fun & festive cards for our Top 5 Too Cool team members last month.
Background Basics—Peggy started this card by mounting a pretty 5-1/8" x 3-7/8" piece of the Tutti-Frutti DSP with a strawberries and blueberries pattern to a 5-1/4" x 4" piece of Real Red card stock. She tied some Night of Navy Crinkle Seam Ribbon around the layers, then mounted it onto a Night of Navy card base.
Terrific Texture—Peggy embossed a 4-1/2" x 1-1/2" piece of Real Red card stock with the new vine texture from the Petal Pairs Texture Embossing Folders. It's popped up with Dimensionals.
Cool Celebrate—The "celebrate" word was cut from Whisper White card stock using the NEW "Level 2" Celebrate You Thinlits! The package comes with three fun words, which also includes "amazing" and "you." There is another "Level 1" Sale-a-Bration selection, the Amazing You stamp set, that coordinates perfectly with this new die set. Oh, the possibilities!
Peggy popped this die-cut word up with Foam Strips, and added a couple Rhinestone Jewel accents.
Two Cool—Peggy layered the citrus pattern Tutti-Frutti DSP onto Lemon Lime Twist and wrapped the layer with the Lemon Lime Twist Finely Woven Ribbon.
These layers are mounted onto a Peekaboo Peach card base. Peggy also used Peekaboo Peach for the textured background.
Three Cool—Peggy layered the watermelon background DSP onto Real Red, wrapped it in Calypso Coral 1/8" Sheer Ribbon. It's mounted onto a Calypso Coral card base and the word is also on a Calypso Coral background.
Four Cool—The background of this Tutti-Frutti DSP has cute little raspberries. Peggy layered it on Lemon Lime Twist, wrapped in Lemon Lime Twist Ribbon and mounted onto a Berry Burst card base.
Five Cool—The final card has a pineapple background, tied with Garden Green Stitched Satin Ribbon. It's adhered to Garden Green card stock and mounted onto Daffodil Delight.
