Hi Stamping Friends!
No matter which pattern of the Garden Impressions 6×6" Designer Series Papers I choose, it makes a fantastic background for a cheerful card! I love when Stampin' Up! has so many colors in the paper because it's an instant color palette that I can use to create the rest of the coordinated elements on the card. I don't even have to think about it! The card comes together easily and beautifully! I love that Stampin' Up! is all about coordination! They do it better than anyone else!
Today, I'm sharing a couple of cards that Peggy Tassler designed to give out to my team members who had awesome achievements last month!

Abstract Impressions If Flowers Were Hugs Cards
The Abstract Impressions stamp set provides lots of fun looks including this one that looks like a field of flowers! So pretty!
Background Basics—A 2" x 4-1/4" piece of Garden Impressions DSP was adhered to a Calypso Carol card base for the background.
Field of Flowers—The flowers are created with a pair of two-step stamp images. First, the thicker flower stems were stamped across the bottom of a 3" x 4" piece of Whisper White cardstock using Soft Sea Foam ink. The thinner stems were stamped over the top in Shaded Spruce ink. For the flowers, the full flowers were stamped over the stems in So Saffron ink, then the highlights were stamped over the top in Calypso Coral ink.
The layer was mounted onto a 3-1/8" x 4-1/8" piece of Shaded Spruce cardstock and popped up with Dimensionals onto the card front.
Sentiment Layer—The sentiment was stamped in Shaded Spruce ink onto a 3" x 3/4" strip of Whisper White, then fishtailed with super-sharp Paper Snips on both ends and popped up with more Dimensionals.
Finishing Touches—The three Share What You Love Artisan Pearls add a little shine next to the greeting. I love that these colors of pearls are versatile enough to coordinate with lots of colors. For example, the Grapefruit Grove color pearl looks fantastic with Calypso Coral, too. And the Tranquil Tide pearl also matches the Shaded Spruce on this card. It allows you to get a lot more mileage out of these sweet embellishments!
Two Cool—For the second version, the card base is So Saffron…and that is the only difference!
