Are you an Angry Birds addict? If so, you'll appreciate the card I created for my nephew Marcus. It's his birthday today! Happy birthday, Marcus!
Now, since I don't play Angry Birds, I had to rely on the creative imagination of Dianne Shiozaki, who made the Angry Birds card that I CASEd. I've also seen others that have the sling shot, like this Angry Birds card by Niki Toll.
There isn't a whole lot of stamping on this card, just the sentiment from Bring On The Cake. I colored the letters with markers, then used 2-Way Glue with Dazzling Diamonds to glitter it up!
The birds are a combination of punches and freehand cutting. The large red bird is the 1-3/8" Circle Punch, and the smaller blue bird is the 1-1/4" Circle Punch. The eyes are punched from the Owl Punch. The yellow triangle bird is hand cut, along with the tufts of feathers, and all of those mean eyebrows.
It was a fun idea, and Marcus recognized it, so I think it was a success!
