If you are participating in my In Color Club, here’s another sneak peek of one of the two card designs from Month #5 of the club! My all-new In Color Club sends you all of the supplies you need to create the cards for the month, then you keep building on your collection every month until you have all of the In Color products and more!

I started with a 5-1/4″ x 4″ piece of Florals In Bloom Designer Series Paper mounted onto a Lost Lagoon card base. Next, I embossed a 3-3/4″ x 2-3/4″ piece of Cloud Cover cardstock with the Forever Plaid Embossing Folder, then mounted it onto a 3-7/8″ x 2-7/8″ piece of Secret Sea cardstock. Before adhering it to the card front, I tacked down a piece of the new Secret Sea Faux Linen Ribbon. Oooh, I’m loving this easy-to-tie ribbon that’s transparent and frays easily. So fun!

I stamped detailed image of the trio of Pretty Florals flowers in Timid Tiger ink onto Basic White, then stamped over the top with the corresponding solid image in stamped-off Timid Tiger ink. I also created a stamped-off Pretty Florals stem on Basic White. All of the images where die-cut with the Pretty Florals Dies, then I adhered them to the card front with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I stamped the Sweet Blooms “lovely” word in Secret Sea ink onto Basic White, then die-cut it with the coordinating Sweet Blooms Dies. I added Dimensionals, some cut in to much smaller pieces, to the back of the word to make it stand up. It was a bit time-consuming, but the results are so worth it! I finished by using a Secret Sea Stampin’ Write Marker to color just the word “you’re” from the “where you’re planted” phrase and stamped it onto a Basic White Stylish Shapes banner die-cut. It’s popped up, too.

I added a couple of Timid Tiger In Color Flat Pearl accents at the bottom of the sentiment for a little eye-catching shine. Lovely!
