I've already shared how easy it is to create multicolor stamped images by coloring directly onto the stamp with Stampin' Write Markers. You can see that here. If you don't happen to have Stampin' Write Markers, today's card shows another way that you can achieve a multicolor look with the Art Gallery stamp set.
Background Basics—I embossed a 3-5/8" x 4-7/8" piece of Granny Apple Green with the Painted Texture Embossing Folder. Next, I adhered a 3-1/2" x 2-1/2" piece of Fine Art Floral Designer Series Paper to the bottom of the embossed piece. Then, I wrapped some Fine Art Ribbon around the center of the layers, securing the ends on the back, and mounted it onto a Poppy Parade card base.
Multicolor Flowers—I stamped the Art Gallery floral image in Mossy Meadow ink onto a large Basic White Stitched Shapes circle die-cut. I stamped the same image again onto scrap Basic White, this time in Petal Pink ink. I stamped the flower center image in Poppy Parade onto each of the three flowers. Then, I did a little paper piecing. I trimmed away the stems from the four flowers and adhered those flowers over the Mossy Meadow stamped image. The circle is popped up with Dimensionals.
Sweet Sentiment—I stamped the Art Gallery sentiment in Poppy Parade ink onto a Basic White Floral Gallery label die-cut. It's popped up with Mini Dimensionals.
Two Cool—My second version begins with a Pool Party layer embossed with the Painted Texture folder. I chose another pattern of Fine Art Floral DSP and mounted it onto a Night of Navy card base.
Beautiful Blooms—This time, I kept the Mossy Meadow stamped stem, but changed the flowers to Bumblebee and Calypso Coral.
Sweet Sentiment—There are so many awesome greetings in the Art Gallery stamp set and you can simply trim down the large Floral Gallery label die-cut to perfectly fit any of them! I positioned this sentiment flush to the edge of the card for a little bit of a different look, too. Lovely!
