Today, I’ll be sharing one of the pairs of cards I featured during my class; one with the All About Leaves Designer Series Paper and another with Earthen Textures DSP as a substitute paper. With so many of the All About Autumn Suite products on the “Currently Unavailable” list, I share several recommendations for alternative items that you can use. Don’t miss it!

Inventory Update

Many NEW Mini Catalog items are on the Non-Orderable List (temporarily sold out). You’ll see these items in the Online Store listed as “Currently Unavailable.” Items may come back and sell out again quickly, so don’t hesitate to purchase if you see what you want. I’m not able to personally contact customers when I see that an item is back in stock. I’ll do my best to keep you updated on my blog and my Too Cool Stamping Facebook Page. Here are the expected in-stock dates on some of the most popular out-of-stock Mini Catalog items:

Paper Share Update as of September 20

It’s been quite tricky navigating around all of the already sold-out papers for this Mini Catalog. Fortunately, I have still been able to do a limited number of Paper Shares! I have ONE spot left for my last guaranteed Paper Share Group. I have opened spots for one additional Paper Share Group that will depend on the availability of O Holy Night DSP. If I can’t get it, I will adjust the cost on the final share.

Autumn Leaves Stamped Foliage Cards

The All About Autumn Designer Series Paper really is the star of this suite, which explains why it has sold out twice already! One side features rich Fall colors with a beautiful copper foil pattern. The other side has a variety of real photographs of Fall scenes and textures. I used one of the lovely, sun-drenched real life photos for the class card.

For those who may not have the All About Autumn DSP, the second version gives you an alternative look using a pattern from the Earthen Textures DSP. That pack is fantastic substitute to use with these same layouts.

Background Basics

I started with a 2″ x 5-1/2″ panel of All About Autumn DSP using the autumn woods scene. It’s adhered to an Early Espresso card base. Next, I embossed a 3/4″ x 5-1/2″ strip of Copper Clay cardstock with the Distressed Tile Embossing Folder and mounted it next to the DSP.

Focal Point

I stamped the large Autumn Leaves maple leaf in Crushed Curry ink two times onto Basic White cardstock. I added the vein image in Pumpkin Pie ink over the top before die-cutting with the coordinating Autumn Leaves Dies. I also stamped the small leaves image in Copper Clay ink, die-cutting those as well. The leaves were adhered to the card front with SEAL Adhesive.

Sweet Sentiment

I stamped the Autumn Leaves sentiment in Early Espresso ink onto a Basic White Autumn Leaves label die-cut. I adhered a small, folded piece of Copper Ribbon to the back of it before popping it up with Dimensionals. I finished with a few Neutrals Sequins in dark copper.

Two Cool

The second version uses the same layout featuring a pattern from the Earthen Textures DSP instead. I adhered it onto a Pebble Path card base, with a textured strip in Early Espresso.

Focal Point

This time, the large maple leaves are created in stamped-off Copper Clay and Gray Granite veins, and the smaller leaves are Gray Granite.

Sweet Sentiment

I stamped a different sentiment in Pebbled Path, decorated with a little Copper Clay Textured Ribbon and popped up. It’s also finished with some copper Neutrals Sequins. So pretty!
