This card design focuses on the beautiful oval "happy birthday to you" image, which is the only brand-new design in the Best of Birthdays set.

All of the remaining designs in the set are a collection of the most popular "birthday" images from the past 25 years!
I started by embossing a piece of 5-1/4" x 4" Summer Starfruit card stock with the Vine Street Texture Impressions Folder. After adhering a 2-1/4" x 4" piece of Sycamore Street Designer Series Paper to the top, I wrapped the seam with an Island Indigo Satin Ribbon from the Sycamore Street Ribbon & Button Pack.

My favorite part is the stamped and glittery focal point with a pretty decorative frame!
Start by die-cutting a piece of Pool Party card stock with the Labels Collection Framelits, then use the oval Designer Frames Texture Impressions Folder to emboss the oval in the center.
I stamped the birthday image in both Rich Razzleberry and Island Indigo onto Whisper White scrap paper. One was punched out with the Extra-Large Oval Punch, and the other was hand-cut around the banner, which was popped up with Dimensionals. I added Dazzling Diamonds glitter over the word with a 2-Way Glue Pen. Finish it with a few Rhinestone Jewels.
I kept the second card very similar only changing up the stamp colors and adding a bow instead.
