Hi Stamping Friends!
I've got another one of my Best of Greetings card designs to show you today!
This time, I wanted to try out the beautiful papers from the Epic Day This and That DSP.
For the background, I texture embossed a 2-1/2” x 5-1/4” piece of Calypso Coral with the Honeycomb Embossing Folder. It's adhered to a 4" x 5-1/4" Very Vanilla layer and mounted on a Crumb Cake card base.
Then, I had fun punching shapes with the Hexagon Punch and designing patterns I found pleasing to the eye. I liked the random pattern of the second card the best.
All of the hexagons are popped up with Dimensionals.
The Best of Greetings sentiment is stamped in Gumball Green onto a 4" x 1-1/2" Pool Party card stock. Do you like the curved border? I die-cut that edge with the Deco Label Collections Framelits!
I added a 1/2" strip of more Epic Day paper and a tiny Calypso Coral bow for accents.
I love how quickly you can put this card together! The hardest part is deciding where you want the hexagons to go! Decisions, decisions, decisions!
