Today's two cool cards were designed for my Best of Shelli club kits for this month!
The Best of Shelli stamp set is the 7th set in the Best of 25 Years Collection and features favorite images chosen by Shelli Gardner, Stampin' Up! CEO and co-founder.
See the other "Best of…" collector stamp sets. Plus, don't forget…you can earn a FREE $14.95 stamp set when you collect six of these sets. Download the Collector's Card and start saving your stickers!
I was so excited to see this pretty flourish stamp image because it reminded me of the old Bliss Sale-A-Bration stamp set. I used the card posted at that link for inspiration.
I stamped the Soft Suede flourish four times in a diamond shape to created a beautiful background foundation on my Soft Suede card base.
Then, I stamped the flourish in Perfect Plum onto Very Vanilla card stock and die-cut it with a Chalk Talk Framelit. Another Rich Razzleberry die-cut is cut in half and layered behind it for contrast.
For another pop of color, I added two strips of the Perfect Plum Taffeta Ribbon peeking out from under the popped up element. I finished it off with an Elegant Eggplant Bitty Butterfly and Rhinestone Jewel.
The sentiment is from last month's Best of Greetings stamp set, also stamped in Soft Suede onto the card base. I felt like I need to balance the colors, so I added a 4-1/4" x 1" strip of Elegant Eggplant that was punched with the Scallop Trim Border Punch. The 4-1/4" x 1/4" strip of Rich Razzleberry adds the final color it needed, along with more Rhinestone Jewels.
