Bird Banter Balloon Birthday Card
Awwww…this little guy is so sweet! There's only minimal coloring on this one, so it's quick to assemble!
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Attach the two 3” x 1” pieces of Tutti-Frutti Designer Series Paper to a 3-1/2” x 5-1/4” Whisper White cardstock using SNAIL. Adhere to Basic Black card base.
- Stamp the Bird Banter image in Memento Black ink on scrap of Whisper White cardstock. Punch bird image out with the 2” circle punch. Stamp the string of the balloon so that it appears to be coming out of the bird’s tail.
- Stamp the greeting on the ½” x 2” Whisper White. Use Paper Snips to fishtail the ends.
- Stamp the balloon image on Daffodil Delight cardstock and use Paper Snips to cut out.
- Color beak with Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends marker. Add a touch of color to the bird’s cheek with the Pink Pirouette Blends marker.
- Add Wink of Stella Clear shimmer to the bird’s tail & head feathers, and balloon highlight.
- Pop up bird, balloon onto card front with Dimensionals.
- Tie a small Basic Black Baker’s Twine bow and adhere on the balloon with Glue Dot.

Bird Banter Birthday With Blends Card
Now THIS is the card you'll want to try if you LOVE to color! How fun! The photopolymer stamp style makes it easy to stack the images.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Stamp the small leaf Bird Banter image in VersaMark randomly over three color panels: 2” x 4-1/4” Tempting Turquoise, 2-1/2” x 3-3/4” Pumpkin Pie, 2” x 4” Daffodil Delight.
- Adhere the color panels to the Basic Black the card base, as shown.
- Stamp Bird Banter images using Memento ink onto 2-1/2” x 5” Whisper White Thick cardstock. Start with branch and stack. Allow to dry thoroughly.
- Color in images as desired using Stampin’ Blends markers.
- Color the white area around the birds with Light Pool Party Stampin’ Blends marker.
- Stamp Bird Banter sentiment in Memento black.
- Adhere layer to 2-3/4” x 5-1/4” Basic Black cardstock.
- Mount stamped layer to card base with Dimensionals.
