Botanical Prints Thank You Kindly Card

The coordinating products in the Botanical Prints Product Medley make it so quick and easy to create a stack of "thinking of you" cards! This is one of my favorite cards from my 20-Card Tutorial…I hope you love it, too!

Background Basics—I stamped the Botanical Prints image in Terracotta Tile ink over the front of a Terracotta Tile card base to start. Next, I layered a 2-1/2" x 5-1/2" strip of Botanical Prints Designer Series Paper onto a 2-3/4" x 5-1/2" layer of Basic Black. I added a Petal Pink Stitched Shapes circle die-cut onto the card front with SNAIL, too.

Focal Point—I popped up a pre-printed full-color die-cut on the circle with Dimensionals—what could be quicker?! I stamped the Botanical Prints sentiment in Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto the pre-printed banner die-cut and popped that up, too. Finally, I die-cut three Old Olive leaves using the matching dies and tucked them under the circle with Glue Dots.

Finishing Touch—The Product Medley comes with 12 copper-colored metal bee accents and I added one to this card with a couple of Glue Dots. I love these accents, they are adorable, but just know that they are a little thick, so be careful using them on cards you want to mail. You'll have to add more than the First Class stamp to mail these out. They might be better used on hand-delivered cards, treat holders and other 3D projects.

Botanical Prints Always Here For You Card

I created a simple collage on a stamped background for this card from my 20-Card Tutorial. Watch the LIVE Class Replay for a peek at the rest of the cards!

Background Basics—I stamped the Botanical Prints image all over a 3-3/4" x 5" Whisper White layer with Pear Pizzazz ink. Next, I added a 1-3/4" x 4" piece of black & white patterned Botanical Prints DSP onto the background. Then, I layered a Stitched Shapes circle die-cut from another Pretty Peacock DSP pattern with SNAIL.

Focal Point—I stamped the same image once more onto Whisper White scrap, die-cut it with the coordinating dies and adhered it with SNAIL to the DSP. I stamped the Botanical Prints greeting in Memento Black onto the pre-cut die-cut. To add the Old Olive Twill Ribbon, which also comes in the kit, I added some Tear & Tape Adhesive to the back of the die-cut, then folded the ribbon across the tape. It's popped up with Dimensionals. So sweet!
