I tried my best to use ALL of the different sizes of the amazing Textured Notes nested rectangle dies for my class. This card uses three sizes, along with a textured layer, for a fun criss-cross layout.

I die-cut a Woven Textures Designer Series Paper Textured Notes rectangle and matted it onto a 3-1/2″ x 5″ piece of Moody Mauve cardstock. It’s mounted onto a Crumb Cake card base.

Next, I embossed a 4-1/4″ x 1-1/2″ piece of Pecan Pie cardstock with the Mini Corrugated embossing folder and adhered it across the middle of the card. I layered a piece of Gold Open Weave Trim over the top and tacked it down under the focal point with some SEAL Adhesive.

I die-cut one of the Botanical Textures Designer Series Paper patterns with the Textured Notes die. It’s a black & white pattern and I colored it with Light Crumb Cake and Light Moody Mauve to give it some coordinating color. It’s layered onto a 2″ x 3-1/2″ piece of Moody Mauve cardstock and popped up with Dimensionals. TIP: I only added Dimensionals on the areas that were not overlapping the embossed Pecan Pie layer to minimize bulkiness.

I stamped the Textured Notes sentiment in Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto a Basic White Textured Notes skinny rectangle die-cut. It’s added with a combination of SEAL Adhesive and Dimensionals.

I added a couple of gold Low Profile Dots to complement the shine in the Open Weave Trim. Just lovely!
