Created by Laura Borchert

Have you seen this the gorgeous Layers of Beauty Bundle in the Annual Catalog? It is one of those special bundles that includes stamps and dies, plus coordinating decorative masks! Too Cool!

I love the large floral image that you can color in easily with the masks and Blending Brushes. Once you stamp it, you don’t need much to finish off the card. It’s perfect for “SIP” cards or “Stamps, Ink & Paper” only cards.

This pretty card was created by Laura Borchert and I love the colors she used!

Laura started by stamping the Layers of Beauty floral image in Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto a 4″ x 5-1/4″ piece of Basic White cardstock. Next, she secured the masks over the large blooms and added some Petunia Pop ink with a Blending Brush. It looks like she used Petunia Pop Stampin’ Blends Markers to color in the smaller flowers.

For the leaves, Laura used one of the other mask layers and Shy Shamrock with a Blending Brush to add the color on the leaves and stems. So easy and fun!

The layer was mounted onto a Petunia Pop card base, then she tied some Petunia Pop Bordered Ribbon around the card front into a double-knot.

Laura finished the card by stamping the Layers of Beauty sentiment in Petunia Pop ink onto a Basic White Something Fancy die-cut. It’s popped up with Dimensionals. Done and stunning!

Created by Bev Long.

Bev Long created this gorgeous Layers of Beauty card using the decorative masks only for the focal point.

Bev started with the mask layer with the largest flower openings and used a Blending Brush to add Peta Pink ink onto a 4″ x 5-1/4″ piece of Very Vanilla. She added the next flower layer to add some darker Calypso Coral ink by blending it longer. She finished with the detailed layer and some heavy inking in Calypso Coral.

She used the same approach to add the leaves, starting with the larger holes blended in Old Olive, then added darker Mossy Meadow ink with the next layer of detail mask.

It takes a little time to blend and color all of those layers, but the result is absolutely stunning!

Bev stamped the Layers of Beauty sentiment in Mossy Meadow ink. She adhered the floral layer onto a 4-1/8″ x 5-3/8″ piece of Calypso Coral, then mounted it onto a Mossy Meadow card base. She finished with some Calypso Coral Rainbow Dots. Just lovely!
