Hi Stamping Friends!
I've been on a cardmaking marathon designing cards for the upcoming Spring Catalog Kick-Off & Sale-A-Bration Sneak Peek Party on January 6! 14 cards down, 6 more to go! Woohoo!
Some of you have questioned whether this event is stamping the same cards multiple times, or if it really is 20 different cards. It really is 20 unique cards! And, yes, you'll get them done in 4 hours because most will take you under 10 minutes to stamp and assemble. It's my biggest cardmaking event to date! You won't want to miss it! Poor, Poor, Neglected "Last Thursdays" Monthly Card Class!
Between all this holiday spirit and being overshadowed by the Spring Catalog Kick-Off, the monthly "Last Thursdays" card class isn't getting a very high billing this month. Poor, poor, "Last Thursdays" card class.
Once the Christmas festivities have winded down, you know you'll be ready for some "ME" time at a fun girls night out! Come and stamp and relax with us on December 27 at 6:30pm at my house. Four cards for $10, or it's FREE with your qualifying order that night.* See more details: Last Thursdays in December. Contact me to let me know you're coming!

Santa Coffee Cup Gift Card Holders
One of the most popular stocking stuffers and gifts for friends certainly must be a Starbucks Gift Card…wouldn't you agree?! It's hard to go wrong with that one! I'm not even a coffee drinker typically, but Starbucks has won me over with their dang Mocha Frappuccinos.
So, if you find yourself giving the gift of coffee bucks this year, here's a fantastic way to dress up the card with a cute gift card holder!
CASEd from Penny Smiley at Stamps 'N' Smiles.
This cute Santa Coffee Cup Gift Card Holder was created by Carmen DeBruce featuring the Snowflake Soiree set embossed in White Embossing Powder.
Rita Berning also made a similar one using the Bold Snowflake single stamp image. The cup is folded at the top and there's plenty of room to stick a gift card and write a note.
Create Your Own Holiday Coffee Gift Card Holder
- Fold an 11" x 4" piece of card stock in half.
- Mark the bottom of your cup (not the folded side) at the 1/2" mark and 3-1/2" mark.
- Trim from your marks to the corners of the folded top.
- Cup rim is 4-1/4" x 1-1/4" with rounded bottom corners. You'll need one for each side.
- Optional: Add a 4-1/4" x 3/4" trim piece to the rim, also in white to be the "lip" of the cup.
- Belt is 4" x 1-1/4", trimmed after adhering.
- Buckle is 1-1/4" Square Punch of Silver Glimmer Paper.
- Inside buckle is 1/2" square.
Carmen also created a smaller version of this same style of coffee cup gift card holder. Isn't it too cute?! I'm going to guess at the measurements because I haven't made one. I would start with an 8-1/2" x 3-1/4" piece of card stock, folded in half. Mark 3/8" in on each side of the bottom edges and trim up to the fold.

OK, I'm off for more marathon cardmaking, mixed in with a little bit of last-minute holiday shopping! Wish me luck!
