Background Basics—I adhered the textured layer to a 3-1/8" x 4-1/8" Balmy Blue piece using Tear & Tape Adhesive. I tied some Gorgeous Grape Mini Striped Ribbon around the layers and popped it up with Dimensionals onto a Highland Heather card base.
Sweet Sentiment—I stamped the Part of My Story sentiment in Gorgeous Grape ink onto Whisper White cardstock, then die-cut it using the Layering Ovals Framelits. It's layered onto a Balmy Blue scalloped circle die cut with the same dies, then popped up with Dimensionals.
Two Cool—I experimented with some different colors on my second card. This time, I selected some warmer flower colors. I used Petal Pink for the rose, Pumpkin Pie for the larger flower, Rich Razzleberry for the 4-petal flowers and Highland Heather for the smallest flowers. The leaves are colored with Old Olive light and the flowers centers are either Daffodil Delight or Poppy Parade. So cheerful!
This time, I layered the blooms onto Mango Melody cardstock and tied on some Pear Pizzazz Shimmer Ribbon. It's popped up onto a Rich Razzleberry card base.
Sweet Sentiment—I left off the scallop oval layer on the sentiment this time and I think I like it better. It's stamped in Rich Razzleberry ink.
