Cup of Tea Take Care of Yourself Card #1
Sandy Risi created this "sweet" Cup of Tea card that has an adorable tea tag and features the pretty Tea Boutique Designer Series Papers.
Background Basics—Sandy started by selecting three patterns of Tea Boutique DSP. She cut them to 3" x 1-2" and adhered them to a 3-1/4" x 4-3/4" piece of Orchid Oasis cardstock. She added a 4" x 2-3/4" piece of Basic White to the middle of a Fresh Freesia card base, then mounted that DSP panel over the top.
Cup of Tea—Sandy stamped the Cup of Tea image in Orchid Oasis onto an Orchid Oasis pattern of Tea Boutique DSP, then die cut it with the coordinating Teacup Dies. She also die cut a small Basic White tag and stamped a Cup of Tea flower in Fresh Freesia and sentiment in Orchid Oasis on it. She used a small piece of white baker's twine from the Baker's Twine Essentials Pack behind the tag and the cup, and secured the tag in place to look like a tea bag tag. The cup is popped up with Dimensionals and adorned with a Rhinestone Jewel.
Inside The Card—Sandy stamped a sentiment on the inside with Orchid Oasis ink and added a Cup of Tea leaf image in Fresh Freesia to dress it up a bit. So lovely!
Cup of Tea Take Care of Yourself Card #2
Jessica Brigden created this second Cup of Tea swap card that is just as sweet!
Background Basics—Jessica started with a 5-1/4" x 4" piece of Fresh Freesia and adhered a 5-1/4" x 2" piece of Tea Boutique DSP across the middle. She stamped a Cup of Tea sentiment in Orchid Oasis at the top left. She tied some Fresh Freesia Open Weave Ribbon around the layers, then mounted it onto a Parakeet Party card base.
Focal Point—She stamped the Cup of Tea leaves in Parakeet Party ink onto Parakeet Party cardstock and stamped the tea cup in Orchid Oasis ink onto Orchid Oasis cardstock. Both are die cut with the leaves being adhered with SEAL Adhesive and the cup over the top with Dimensionals. She finishes with a Fresh Freesia tiny bloom die-cut attached to the cup with a Glue Dot and adorned with an Iridescent Rhinestone. Super-cute!

Thank you so much for these beautiful cards. I struggled with how to get the most out of the 6×6 papers and to actually cut into them. These cards are perfect.
