Decorative Trees Very Merry Christmas Card
Pairing the Festive Glimmer Paper with the Decorative Trees Dies really kicks it up a notch! I had fun adding these simple and stunning sparkling accents to my trees!
Background Basics
I started by embossing a 5″ x 3-3/4″ piece of Real Red cardstock with the So Swirly Embossing Folder. It’s mounted onto a Shaded Spruce card base and then accented with a 1-1/2″ x 3-3/4″ piece of the Take A Bow Designer Series Paper.
Next, I die-cut a Basic White Deckled Circle shape, which I thought was reminiscent of a snowball shape. It’s adhered with SEAL Adhesive.
Terrific Trees
I die-cut Shaded Spruce and Granny Apple Green cardstock trees with the Decorative Trees Dies. Next, I stamped the Decorative Trees sentiment in Shaded Spruce ink onto the Granny Apple Green tree.
Then, I die-cut a curvy tree from the Garden Green Festive Glimmer Paper, as well as some garland from the Granny Apple Green Festive Glimmer Paper. I added those with Multipurpose Liquid Glue, trimming off a little excess from the edges of the Granny Apple Green tree. The trees are popped up with Dimensionals.
Finishing Touches
I finished by coloring three Rhinestone Jewels with the Dark Real Red Stampin’ Blends Marker and adding them around the trees. So easy and awesome!
