Delicate Dahlias Thank You Kindly Card #1
Kelly Acheson shows how you can combine two Sale-a-Bration items, the Delicate Dahlia stamp set and Beautifully Penned Designer Series Paper, for a simple and stunning thank you card.
Background Basics—Kelly started by stamping the Delicate Dahlia flower image in Rich Razzleberry ink onto a the top left and bottom right of the Rich Razzleberry card front. She added a 5-1/2" x 2" piece of the striped Beautifully Penned DSP across the middle, then tied some White Crinkle Seam Binding Ribbon around the card front.
Delightful Dahlia—The Delicate Dahlias stamp set is a DisINKtive stamp set, meaning that it has exquisite detail and boy, oh boy, does it make that flower look fabulous! Kelly stamped the flower in Rich Razzleberry ink onto a 3-1/4" x 3-1/4" piece of Basic White cardstock. She added some flecks of color, too! There are several ways to do this. My favorite is to dip a dry paint brush, Water Painter or even toothbrush in Rich Razzleberry Refill Ink and flick it over the card. Be sure to practice on scrap paper first.
Finishing Touches—Kelly stamped the Delicate Dahlias sentiment in Memento Tuxedo Black in the upper corner of the focal point, layered it onto a 3-3/8" x 3-3/8" piece of Basic Black and popped it up with Dimensionals. She finished by adhering a few Subtle Shimmer Sequins around the flower with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Delicate Dahlias Thank You Kindly Card #2
Laura Barto created this pretty Delicate Dahlias thank you card with some fun details.
Background Basics—She began by embossing a 5-1/4" x 2-1/2" piece of Calypso Coral cardstock with one of the Thanks & Hello Embossing Folders. It's adhered to a Thick Basic White card base. She also adhered a 5-1/2" x 1-1/2" piece of Sweet Symmetry Designer Series Paper along the bottom with a 5-1/2" x 1/2" piece of Pale Papaya cardstock strip tucked under the top.
Delightful Dahlia—Laura stamped the Delicate Dahlia flower in Pumpkin Pie onto a 2-1/2" x 2-1/2" piece of Basic White, then stamped the two-step fill image over the top in Pale Papaya ink. She added a small bit of Calypso Coral ink in the center of the flower with a Sponge Dauber. The layer is mounted onto a 2-3/4" x 2-3/4" piece of Granny Apple Green, then popped up with Dimensionals.
Tailored Tag—Laura stamped the sentiment in Pumpkin Pie ink onto a Basic White Tailor Made Tags label. It's popped up with Dimensionals, then adorned with a Pale Papaya Open Weave Ribbon bow, attached with a Glue Dot. So pretty!
