The shares will be looking a little different compared to last year, as there are fewer paper selections in the Mini Catalog and more selections in the Sale-a-Bration flyer. I’ll be adding a few Online Exclusive Designer Series Papers to the mix to give you a better selection and help earn the Sale-a-Bration papers for the groups.

Detailed Dogwood Simply Marvelous Card

Are you ready for a sneak peek from some new products? This card features two Sale-a-Bration selections: the Detailed Dogwood stamp set and the Softly Stippled Designer Series Paper. It also highlights one of the cool new Perennial Postage Dies and fun new Iridescent Foil Gems! Oooh…I just love playing with new things!

Background Basics

I started by adhering a 2″ x 4-1/4″ piece of the Softly Stippled DSP to a Pebbled Path card base. I added a 5-1/2″ x 1″ strip of Pecan Pie cardstock across the card front. You can earn the Softly Stippled DSP for free with a $50 order.

Dogwood Details

I stamped a Detailed Dogwood images in Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto a 4″ x 2-3/4″ piece of Basic White cardstock. You can earn one of these beautiful stamp sets by placing a $100 order during Sale-a-Bration! I colored the image with Stampin’ Blends: Mossy Meadow for the leaves, Pecan Pie for the branches and Wild Wheat for the flowers.

I added a Detailed Dogwood sentiment in Memento Black next to the branch, then layered it onto a 4-1/8″ x 2-7/8″ piece of Mossy Meadow. I adhered that to a Perennial Postage large die-cut label in Basic White cardstock. I just love those nested label dies with a trendy postage stamp edge. The layers are mounted onto the card front with SEAL.

Finishing Touches

I finished by adding a few Iridescent Foil Gems floating around the dogwood branch. Those gems will go with so many things! There are two sizes and they are round, smooth and clear with little iridescent flakes floating inside giving lots of sparkle. I see golds and pinks as the main colors in the iridescent flakes. I thought it looked fantastic coordinating with the Pecan Pie color.
