Healing Hugs Birthday Bees Card
The rose and leaves images in the beautiful Healing Hugs stamp set are "dist-INK-tive" stamps, which are rubber stamps created with incredibly fine details. When you're inking up the stamp, it doesn't really even look like the image will stamp correctly because the detail is hard to see. Then you stamp with it and, AAHHHH—the image pops off the page with details! It literally took my breath away when I saw these new style of stamps in action with the Heartfelt Blossoms stamp during Sale-a-Bration earlier this year. They are so amazing!
Background Basics—Renee adhered a 4" x 3" piece of the Tea Room Designer Series Paper onto the bottom of a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Very Vanilla, then mounted it onto an Old Olive card base.

Healing Hugs Complete Recovery Card
I love the color combination of this pretty card by Jackie Ross. Lots of pretty layers and textures on this one!
Sweet Stamping—Jackie embossed the front of a Gray Granite card base with the Softly Falling Texture Impressions Folder. Next she stamped the cross-stitch pattern from Healing Hugs in Gray Granite ink onto the side of a 3-3/8" x 4-1/2" piece of Whisper White. She also added a Healing Hugs greeting along the bottom in Memento Tuxedo Black ink. Finally, she stamped the leaves image in Pear Pizzazz along the right side.
Lovely Layers—The stamped layer was mounted onto a 3-1/2" x 4-5/8" piece of Pear Pizzazz cardstock, then adhered to a 3-7/8" x 4-3/4" layer of Merry Merlot. Jackie tied a knot into a 5" strip of Whisper White Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon, then wrapped the ribbon around the layers and secured the ends on the back. All of the layers were adhered with SNAIL adhesive onto the card front.
