Eastern Palace Diaper-Fold Treat Pouches
I can't believe how super-quick and super-easy these treat pouches are to make! They are perfect for showing off the beautiful double-sided designer series papers from Stampin' Up!, like the exotic patterns from the new Eastern Palace DSP. I tucked a coordinating colored Ghirardelli Chocolate square in these projects for my team, but they are also great for holding gift cards, money, gum and other flat treats!
Make These Pouches With The Eastern Palace Premier Bundle! If you purchase the Eastern Palace Premier Bundle, you'll have all the basics you need to create dozens of these cool pouches!
Diaper-Fold Pouch Instructions—Here's how you make the basic pouch…
TIP: Use a Bone Folder to make crisp creases and the pouch will hold it's shape without any adhesive! Too Cool!
Amazing Medallions—I used the images from the Eastern Beauty stamp set and dies from the Eastern Medallions Thinlits to create the layered décor on the front of these pouches. I stamped the circle of dots in new Lemon Lime Twist, then added the sentiment in Dapper Denim. It's punched with the 1-1/4" Circle Punch, then layered with a Dapper Denim die-cut and Very Vanilla Layering Circles layer. Everything is popped up with Dimensionals.
TIP: I used the Precision Base Plate for easier cutting with these intricate dies and I used the Die Brush to help release all of those little pieces from the die-cut and die. These tools are must-haves for best results with intricate Thinlit dies!
Layering Possibilities—I stamped some details on this die-cut…so many ways you can layer the images and die-cuts!
2nd Pair—I used new Fresh Fig and Tranquil Tide colors on these pouches, showing some of the different die-cut layers you can create with Eastern Medallions.
3rd Pair—I used new Tranquil Tide & Lemon Lime Twist colors on these pouches.
4th Pair—More fun with colors, patterns & layers!
5th Pair—The last of the DSP patterns! So much fun to play & experiment!
