Sweet Birthday Blooms Fry Boxes

I designed one box for Valentine's Day and one for a birthday, but in fact, these little boxes are great for any occasion! Simply pick out some the Designer Series Paper you like best and use it as the insert for a fry box in a coordinating color. Save this idea by printing out the Idea Sheet:

Quick & Easy—I made today's a dozen projects in about 45 minutes! It would go even faster if you were creating them with the help of your kids! I filled my box with Dove heart-shaped chocolates, but the box is large enough to fit larger fun-size candy, too.

Fry Box Assembly—There are just a few steps to create this paper-lined box:

Die-cut the basic box shape with the Fry Box Bigz Die from a 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" piece (half sheet) of Mossy Meadow card stock.
Die-cut the larger "back" side of the box with a 4" x 5-1/2" piece of Birthday Blooms Designer Series Paper.
Fold on all of the score lines, EXCEPT the two flaps that will be under the Designer Series Paper.
Adhere the DSP to the "inside back" of box, then fold the final two flaps & crease with a Bone Folder.
Adhere side tabs with Tear & Tape Adhesive.

Sweet Sentiment—I decorated the box with a simple layering of punches. I stamped the Honeycomb Happiness Sale-a-Bration stamp set sentiment in Mossy Meadow ink onto Whisper White card stock and punched it with the Label Bracket Punch. It's layered onto Blushing Bride Glimmer Paper, punched with the Decorative Label Punch. Both shapes are attached with Dimensionals.

Finishing Touches—I tied a bow with the 1/4" Whisper White Cotton Ribbon and secured it with a Glue Dot, then added a few Pearl Jewels at the bottom for another sweet touch. Easy-peasy—DONE!

Two Cool—My second box uses the confetti patterned paper from the Birthday Blooms DSP that could be used for either Valentine's Day or a birthday treat. I used Bermuda Bay ink on the label.

Complete Supplies List—"Clear" means a rubber stamp on a clear block. "Photopolymer" is see-thru.
