The gorgeous decorative corner image from the Elegantly Said stamp set is just perfect for the "double-time" stamping technique. That's when you stamp on two layers at one time for a cool image that continues on multi-levels!
Background Basics—I started by temporarily tacking down a 4" x 2-1/2" piece of Balmy Blue cardstock onto the front of a Balmy Blue card base. Next, I inked up the Elegantly Said corner image and stamped it in the top left and bottom right corners of the card, making sure to slightly rock the stamp to get a good transfer of ink on both layers. I pulled up the top layer and adhered that to a 4-1/8" x 2-5/8" piece of Basic White cardstock, then adhered those layers onto the card front. That white layer will cover any space between the layers that didn't get stamped.

Terrific Tag—I created a longer tag using the Elegant Tag Punch and a strip of Basic White cardstock that was just a hair under 1-3/4" wide. I stamped the Elegantly Said sentiment in Basic Gray, then added the border image in Balmy Blue. Then, I threaded the strip through the Elegant Tag Punch, positioned so that the left end was through the decorative end of the punch and the other end of the strip was hanging outside of the punch. I punched a regular Elegant Tag Punch shape in Misty Moonlight cardstock, cut that in half and positioned the decorative end as a border for the white decorative end. I cut the other side to make it straight, rather than the curve from the punch, and added that to the other end of the tag. It's popped up with Dimensionals onto the card front.

Finishing Touches—I tied a bow with White Crinkle Seam Binding Ribbon and attached it with a Glue Dot, then added a few silver Metallic Pearls around the card front.
Two Cool—My second card is in Fresh Freesia, stamped with Fresh Freesia ink. I did the same double-time technique, only this time with a vertical card in mind.
Too Cool Tag—I used the same method to punch this shorter tag as I used on the longer tag above, this time layering it with a Blackberry Bliss cardstock tag.Shop Items To Make These Projects
