Sandy's Cup of Cheer Enjoy Card
I love the clean lines and the beautiful layers of this sweet Cup of Cheer card created by my friend Sandy Carlson! We recreated it at my "Last Thursdays" card class last week! This one does have several die-cut layers, but you can easily run several dies through at the same time to save time.
Background Basics—Sandy created this card with a horizontal opening with 11" x 4-1/4" Real Red card base, scored at the 5-1/2" mark. Next she added three background layers: a 5" x 3-3/4" Garden Green layer, a 4-7/8" x 3-5/8" Very Vanilla layer and a 4-3/4" x 3-1/2" Toile Tidings layer with a Real Red checked pattern.
Cheerful Cup—The cup, candy cane and tag are all two-layer elements created with the Cup of Cheer dies. The Very Vanilla intricate poinsettia cup is layered onto a Garden Green solid cup. The Real Red striped candy cane is layered onto a Very Vanilla background shape. I recommend sponging Multipurpose Liquid Glue onto the die-cuts to adhere the layers together. The candy cane is adhered to the back of the cup and the cup is popped up with Dimensionals onto a Very Vanilla Stitched Nested Labels die-cut. The label is also popped up onto the card front.
Sweet Sentiment—The small Very Vanilla tag is stamped with a Garden Green Cup of Christmas sentiment, then layered onto a larger Real Red tag layer. It's popped up with Dimensionals, too.
Finishing Touches—Sandy finished the card by adding a small Real Red die-cut bow to the top of the tag and decorating it with a Garden Green Toile Tidings Glitter Enamel Dot.
Bundle It & SAVE—Purchase the Cup of Christmas stamps and the Cup of Cheer dies together in a bundle to save 10%!
Inside The Card—Sandy die-cut another Very Vanilla Stitched Nested Label for the inside of the card and stamped it with a Cup of Christmas message.
Thanks, Sandy, for sharing your lovely card!

Here's another sweet card using this adorable bundle and the fun Puff Paint!
Background Basics—The base of the card is Pretty Peacock cardstock with a 5-1/4" x 4" piece of Whisper White on the front. It's decorated with a matching 5-1/4" x 2-1/2" piece of 2019-2021 In Color Designer Series Paper.
Cup of Cheer—This time the cup is created with a Basic Black solid die-cut and a Silver Foil intricate die-cut layer and the candy cane is Real Red and Whisper White layers. Before the cup was popped up with Dimensionals, Some Puff Paint was added to the background and it was "puffed" up with the Heat Tool! I love that look of foam!
Sweet Sentiment—The Cup of Christmas sentiment was stamped in Real Red ink onto Whisper White cardstock, then hand-cut into the tag shape. A hole was punched into the top and a piece of Real Red Curly Ribbon was tied through it. The tag is popped up with Dimensionals. So cute!
