Fancy Flora Double Blooms Cards

Have you seen the beautiful Fancy Flora Designer Series Paper? I love the awesome painterly texture and fantastic color combinations! Add the gorgeous, two-step Two-Tone Flora stamp set and Something Fancy sentiment set and you have a can't-miss for cards that are SO LOVELY!

Background Basics—Here is the first card from my Fancy Flora LIVE Class, coming up tomorrow at 7pm ET. I just love how the DSP color palette brings the elements of the card together so beautifully. I started with a 2" x 5-1/2" piece of Fancy Flora DSP adhered to an Evening Evergreen card base.

Fancy Flowers Foundation—I die-cut a Basic White Deckled Rectangles label and stamped some Two-Tone Flora leaves on it three times in stamped-off Soft Succulent ink. I layered that piece onto a 2-1/2" x 3-7/8" piece of Soft Succulent cardstock. It's adhered to the card front with SEAL Adhesive.

Fancy Flowers—I stamped one of the Two-Tone Flora solid flower images two times onto Basic White cardstock in stamped-off Calypso Coral ink. Then, I stamped over the top in the coordinating two-step image in full-strength Calypso Coral. The blooms are die-cut with the Two-Tone Flora Dies. (Notice that the stamp set and dies are now named the same, so it's easy to remember!) The flowers are popped up onto the foundation with Dimensionals.

Sweet Sentiment—I stamped a Something Fancy sentiment in Evening Evergreen ink onto a Basic White Something Fancy skinny label die-cut. It's popped up with Dimensionals.

Finishing Touches—I tied some White Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon around the card front into a nice bow. I also added two Calypso Coral Iridescent Pastels Gems next to the flowers. Wow…I love this color combination! I think it really pops!

Two Cool—If you earn the 10-Card LIVE Class Kit, you'll have the supplies to make this card as well. This one begins with a Pool Party card base and a different Fancy Flora DSP with a whole new variety of colors! This DSP is slightly smaller: 1-3/4" x 5-1/2". The leaves are stamped in Pool Party and that Deckled Rectangle is layered onto Balmy Blue.

Fancy Flowers & Sentiment—I selected the other large flower image for this card, stamping it in Fresh Freesia for both of the two steps. The Something Fancy sentiment is stamped in Balmy Blue ink.

Finishing Touches—This time I tied some Pool Party Sheer Ribbon around the card front and added Iridescent Rhinestones, which pulls in the blues, purples and peach colors perfectly!
