There were so many fabulous projects shared by my fellow demonstrators…it's difficult to narrow down just a few to show you! Here are a few more that really got my attention…
I love the simplicity of this design by presenter Fran Sabad, who presented products from the Beau Chateau Suite. Or, maybe that it uses my new favorite set from the catalog…Creative Elements!
Notice the pretty oval embossed frame? That's one of the new Designer Frames Impressions Folders! I think it's a must-have! So, you may be wondering how she stamped inside the frame. It's actually a Extra-Large Oval Punch that fits perfectly inside…Too Cool!
Fran had a lot of pretty projects that I was drawn to using the Beau Chateau Designer Paper. This one uses the other Designer Frames Impressions Folder (you get both in one package). I love how she created a soft color collage behind her Artistic Etchings images. And the Soft Suede background created with the Lattice Die, adds a nice, subtle texture. Beautiful! You can find out more on her blog post: Artistic Etchings Meets Beau Chateau.
If you don't yet feel the need to get the Designer Frames Impressions Folder, take a look at these cute projects! She used the Extra-Large Oval Punch to create a window frames! I especially love the Matchbox! Have I convinced you yet? If not, check out more examples of this cute idea at Fran's post: Pretty Matchbox.
Fran blew me away with this elegant Prom scrapbook page also highlighting the Beau Chateau DSP! Love it! From the Elements of Style stamped background, to the punched Eyelet Border, to the pretty Windowpane accent, it has a beautiful and soft vintage feel. I don't usually like all caps for titles, but the Letter It Alphabet might make me change my mind. For closeups and more details, check out Fran's post: Prom Page.
OK, now for something completely different! Brandi Wiggins presented projects using the Big Top Suite of products. She used the Pennant Parade stamps and Petite Pennants Punch, along with the Big Top Birthday DSP, on this fun and colorful page. See two more cute pages on her blog: Squareheadedstamper.
I think that these pretty little Blossom Boxes were shown by Lyssa Zwolanek from Song of My Heart Stampers. They are made with the Blossom Box Die and papers from the Flirtatious DSP, which coordinates with the Delicate Doilies stamps set. So sweet!
Blossom Box TIP: Because there are so many score lines on this box, be sure to use the die with the Crease Pad and Impressions Pad. You'll also get better results by using the thinner Designer Papers, instead of the heavier card stock.
Lyssa also wowed me with this awesome Hello, Doily card! She white embossed the doily image on the card front, as well as another sheet of card stock. Then, the second sheet was cut with the Beautiful Butterflies Die. Simple and stunning!
LeeAnn Greff, from Flowerbug's Inkspot, showed us how to use the Blossom Bouquet Triple Layer Punch to create this cool medallion. The center is a Jumbo Brad covered in designer series paper (Mist the paper, and tuck the edges under the brad. It will stay without adhesive!)
Gosh! So many wonderful ideas! I love coming back from Convention all inspired and ready to be creative!
Congrats & Welcome Back!
