#1 Vintage Leaves Notebook
Here's a fun little autumn-themed notebook that's perfect for keeping in your purse for jotting down notes!
When you open it up, it has a short stack of copy paper—so handy! Here's how you make it:
Notebook Basics—Start with a 8-1/2" x 2-3/4" piece of Tip Top Taupe card stock scored at 4-1/4", 4-3/4" and 9-1/2". Next, you the largest of the Lots of Labels Framelits to die-cut the end on the 9-1/2" scored side. That edge will be under the die and the rest of the card stock will by up through the center of the die and over the other cutting edge (not under it!).
Notebook Paper—Cut two sheets of copy paper into 4-1/4 x 2-1/2" sheets. Stack them into a pad and tuck them into the notebook at the 4-3/4" score line. The 4-1/4" score line will be showing on the front. Staple into place.
Leaves Background—Stamp the Vintage Leaves all over the front in Cajun Craze, Crushed Curry, Night of Navy, Old Olive & Perfect Plum inks onto a 3-3/4" x 2-1/2" piece of Whisper White.
Sweet Sentiment—Stamp the Picture Perfect greeting in Tip Top Taupe onto a 2"x 1/2" banner and pop up with Dimensionals.
Notebook Closure—Finishing by adding a Velcro dot to the underside of the label flap, then add a White Perfect Accent to the front edge of the flap.
Complete Supplies List—"Clear" means a rubber stamp on a clear block. "Photopolymer" is see-thru.
- Stamps—Vintage Leaves (photopolymer), Picture Perfect (photopolymer)
- Ink—Tip Top Taupe, Cajun Craze, Crushed Curry, Night of Navy, Old Olive & Perfect Plum
- Paper—Tip Top Taupe, Crushed Curry, Whisper White

#2 Masked Vintage Leaves Thank You Card
The second project also features Vintage Leaves, stamped with a fun Baby Wipe Technique!
Masking Prep—Start with a Whisper White card base. Mask off both sides of the cards with Post-It Tape for a nice clean edge. If you don't have that, you could use Post-it notes, or use temporary adhesive on copy paper. You just want something with a straight edge and a temporary hold that won't harm your card front when removing it.
Baby Wipe Ink Pad—Create a multicolor custom ink pad by folding a couple baby wipes into quarters and adding a few drops of Refill Inks onto it. This card uses refill inks for Cajun Craze, Crushed Curry, Always Artichoke and Cherry Cobbler. Once you have your baby wipe saturated nicely, ink up various images from Vintage Leaves and stamp randomly onto the inside of the taped area.
Final Masking—Light sponge over the top of the leaves with Crumb Cake ink, then carefully remove the tape.
Leaf Accent—Ink the large maple leaf and stamp on Whisper White card stock, then die cut with the Leaflets Framelits. Brush on some Gold Wink of Stella, then pop up with Dimensionals. Add a gold twine bow to the leaf stem with a Glue Dot.
Sweet Sentiment—Stamp the greeting from One Big Meaning in Early Espresso ink onto the card front.
Complete Supplies List—"Clear" means a rubber stamp on a clear block. "Photopolymer" is see-thru.
- Stamps—Vintage Leaves (photopolymer), One Big Meaning (clear, wood)
- Ink—Early Espresso, Crumb Cake, Early Espresso, Cajun Craze Ink Refill, Crushed Curry Ink Refill, Always Artichoke Ink Refill, Cherry Cobbler Ink Refill
- Paper—Whisper White
