Zoo Crew Something To Celebrate Card

I received so many swap cards featuring the adorable Zoo Crew Suite that I knew it had to be my next class! Even if you are not a fan of the cute animals, you can still use the cool black & white backsides of the Zoo Crew Designer Series Paper for ANY card! Plus, this paper is ON SALE this month! Woohoo! This card was created by Kim Allen.

Background Basics—Kim started by adhering a 3" x 5-1/4" piece of Zoo Crew DSP to a Basic Black card base. Then, she punched a Petal Pink 2-3/8" circle and added that to the card front.

Awesome Alligator—Although you could stamp the alligator with the Zany Zoo stamp set, Kim chose to use the Zany Zoo Dies to die-cut the full-color image directly from the Zoo Crew DSP! So fast and easy! There are so many characters from which to choose! Only a handful of them have coordinating dies, but you can simply hand-cut them for the same effect! Kim popped up the character with Dimensionals.

Sweet Sentiment—Kim stamped the Zany Zoo sentiment in Memento Black ink onto a 2-3/4" x 1/2" piece of Crumb Cake, snipped the ends on the diagonal and popped it up with more Dimensionals. She finished with a few White Classic Matte Dots. Simple and so sweet!
