12 Days of Crafting Thinking of You Card

I’ve got another awesome all-occasion card idea using the 12 Days of Crafting Calendar. When you order one from my, I’ll send you a FREE tutorial with 12 projects to kickstart your creativity with this beautiful suite of products.

Background Basics

I adhered a 3″ x 4″ 12 Days of Crafting Designer Series Paper piece to the right side of a Secret Sea card base. I embossed a 2-1/4″ x 4″ piece of Misty Moonlight cardstock with the Forever Plaid Embossing Folder and mounted that onto the left side of the card front.

Floral Focal Point

I started by tying Misty Moonlight & White Baker’s Twine from the kit around a 3-1/4″ x 2-1/4″ piece of Secret Sea cardstock, then adhering it to the card front with SEAL Adhesive. Next, I stamped the large flower in Misty Moonlight ink onto Basic White and die-cut the flower with dies from the kit. It’s popped up with Dimensionals. I die-cut a second flower from Basic White with dies from the kit and popped up that, as well. The leaves and other white floral branches are pre-cut elements from the kit, which I tucked under the blooms and attached with Glue Dots.

Sweet Sentiment

I stamped the 12 Days of Crafting sentiment in Misty Moonlight ink onto a Basic White postage label die-cut from dies in the kit. It’s popped up with more Dimensionals.

Finishing Touches

I added some gold gems, from a pack of loose gems in the kit, with Multipurpose Liquid Glue to each of the flower centers. So lovely and all of the elements except the embossed texture came straight from the 12 Days of Crafting Calendar kit. So awesome!
