Pick of the Patch Easel Card
Deb Snyder created this delightful fall card featuring the Pick of the Patch Bundle.
Background Basics
Deb started with a Mossy Meadow card base: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ and scored at the 2-1/8″ and 4-1/4″ marks. She cut a 5″ x 1-3/4″ piece of Very Vanilla cardstock for both the top and bottom panels of the card front. She decorated the top panel with a 4-3/4″ x 1-1/2″ piece of Garden Walk Designer Series Paper and adhered it with SEAL. She tied some Black & Very Vanilla Large Check Ribbon around the second layer and adhered it to the bottom with SEAL.
Pretty Pumpkins
Deb stamped several pumpkins from the Pick of the Patch Bundle onto Very Vanilla cardstock. Three pumpkins are stamped in Pumpkin Pie, one in Soft Sea Foam and one in Crushed Curry. One of the Pumpkin Pie pumpkins was stamped with a Garden Green vine. She also stamped three stems in Pecan Pie and three leaves in Mossy Meadow. She used the Pick of the Patch Punch to punch out all of the shapes then assembled them across the top of the easel fold. All pieces are adhered with SEAL Adhesive except for the center pumpkin, which is popped up with Dimensionals.
Sweet Sentiment Inside The Card
Deb stamped a Pick of the Patch sentiment in Wild Wheat ink onto a 5″ x 1″ piece of Very Vanilla cardstock. She added a black bird stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black and colored the beak with a Crushed Curry Stampin’ Blends Marker. This is layered onto a 5-1/4″ x 1-1/4″ piece of Wild Wheat cardstock, then popped it up to create the “kickstand” for the easel.
Pick of the Patch Harvest of Blessings Card
Carrie Todd designed this pretty fall card also featuring Pick of the Patch!
Background Basics
Carrie’s card begins with a 4″ x 5-1/4″ piece of Cajun Craze cardstock embossed with the Exposed Brick Folder and mounted onto a Basic Black card base. Next she added a decorative background element by die-cutting some Them Bones DSP with the Nested Essentials Dies.
Pretty Pumpkins
Carrie stamped three Pick of the Patch pumpkins in Cajun Craze ink onto Pumpkin Pie cardstock. She added Early Espresso punched stems and a Garden Green leaf. Two of the pumpkins on the bottom are popped up with Dimensionals.
Sweet Sentiment & Finishing Touches
Carrie stamped the Pick of the Patch sentiment in Memento Black onto a 2-3/4″ x 1/2″ piece of Pumpkin Pie and popped it up. She added a Linen Thread double-bow with a Glue Dot and a single Sparkle Gem to finish. Just lovely!
