Friendly Hello Flowery Birthday Cards
I combined the beautiful Friendly Hello papers with the lovely coordinating stamped images on these flowery birthday cards. This card layout was CASEd directly from the Sale-a-Bration Flyer. Don't forget to check out the Stampin' Up! catalogs and flyers for amazing creative inspiration for your cards!
Background Basics—I embossed a 4-1/8" x 5-3/8" piece of Fresh Freesia cardstock with the Tasteful Textures Embossing Folder and adhered it to a Fresh Freesia card base. Next, I die-cut a piece of Friendly Hello Designer Series Paper with the Scalloped Contours Dies and mounted that on the background with SEAL Adhesive.
Focal Point—I stamped the Friendly Hello images onto a 3" x 3" piece of Basic White to create a bouquet. I started with the leafy image in stamped-off Granny Apple Green, then added the flowers in Fresh Freesia. I filled in around the flowers with more stamped-off Granny Apple Green leaves, Pool Party buds and Pool Party flecks. The layer is popped up with Dimensionals and accented with two large Iridescent Rhinestones.
Sweet Sentiment—The greeting is stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto a 2" x 5/8" piece of Fresh Freesia and adhered to the focal point. So pretty!
Two Cool—I created this card with a Petal Pink Tasteful Texture background on a Petal Pink card base. I added a Fresh Freesia floral pattern of the Friendly Hello papers for the scalloped rectangle.
Focal Point—The focal point is just like the first card, I simply swapped out some colors. The flowers and flecks are now in Petal Pink and the buds are now in Fresh Freesia. I adorned the floral focal point with Champagne Rhinestones this time, because they coordinate so well with Petal Pink. So lovely!
