Stockings, stockings, and more stockings! My absolute favorite items from the new Holiday Mini Catalog are all of the mix & match stocking stuff!
You've already seen my fun September workshop card, Stitched Stockings Trio, featuring the Stitched Stockings stamp set and Stocking Builder Punch.
Today, I'm featuring a similar card highlighting the Frostwood Lodge Suite of products!
I used the Stocking Builder Punch with the Frostwood Lodge Designer Series Paper and Red Glimmer Paper to make some super-cute plaid stockings! Love it!
Can you imagine all of the options for stockings? Stamped stockings, Designer Series Paper stockings, heat embossed card stock stockings, texture embossed stockings…there are endless possibilities! Too Cool! And, super easy!
Do you see those cute little Mini Jingle Bells?! ♫ ♪ They really jingle! ♫ ♪ Even though they have a little "eye" that you can thread to attach them, I simply used Mini Glue Dots to hold them in place.
The background is stamped with the beautiful, realistic Christmas tree in the Christmas Lodge stamp set. I inked the entire stamp in Garden Green, then used an Early Espresso Marker to color in the tree trunk before stamping.
TIP: I had no idea where the trunk was on the center of the tree; you can't see it when you look at the rubber. But, the trunk "magically" appears wherever you add your Early Espresso ink!
The sentiment is from the same stamp set, embossed in the new Pewter Embossing Powder.
