Hi Stamping Friends,
I'm still down in Florida with my dad and he's been released to come home into hospice care. Even though he's in the final stages of kidney and heart failure, he is actually doing relatively well at the moment. On Tuesday, he felt like getting a burger at Steak & Shake, so we did. He also still wanted to see his Indiana Hoosiers play basketball, so we cheered for them. We just went to McDonald's this morning for his favorite breakfast sandwich. And, we even went for a short walk in the beautiful sunshine to try out his fancy new walker with a seat. Just taking things day-by-day and enjoying the little moments in between the more difficult ones.
I'm sure missing my stamping, but I'm right where I need to be. I feel so completely blessed that my job is flexible enough to allow me the freedom to be with my family. Thank you so much, Stamping Friends, for your understanding and patience through this difficult time. I appreciate all of the positive thoughts & prayers…more than you know.

Today, I'm sharing another fun card created by Michelle Hoover for our Occasions Catalog Kickoff Party earlier this month…

Grateful Bunch Totally Awesome Card
I've slowly been warming up to the Grateful Bunch stamp set, and this card design has been part of the reason why! I love the bold, contrasting colors and I thought it was a fantastic card to introduce the Grateful Bunch Bundle products at our Kickoff Party!
Background Basics—Michelle began this card with a 3-3/4" x 5" piece of Whisper White card stock, matted on 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Basic Black and mounted on a Melon Mambo card base. Another 3-3/4" x 1-1/2" piece of Melon Mambo and a 2" wide strip of Basic Black, punched into a banner shape with the Banner Triple Punch, become the foundation for the focal point collage.
Sweet Sentiment—Michelle stamped the Grateful Bunch sentiment in Black onto Whisper White and punched it with the 1-3/4" Circle Punch, then matted it onto a 2" Melon Mambo Circle punch-out. It's popped up with Dimensionals.
Grateful Flowers—Next, she stamped the trio of Grateful Bunch flowers in Black onto Whisper White and punched them out with the coordinating Blossom Bunch Punch. One flower is SNAILed onto the circle, one is tucked under the circle, and the largest is popped up with Dimensionals.
Finishing Touches—The flowers are finished off with Melon Mambo It's My Party Enamel Dots. And, the card is finished with a double-bow using the Melon Mambo/Black twine in the Baker's Twine Combo Pack, adhered with a Glue Dot. So cute!
Brushing on a little Wink of Stella glimmer on those flowers is a must, too! Can't resist it!
Inside The Card—The Grateful Bunch stamp set has a finishing sentiment, "And I am totally grateful" that Michelle stamped on the inside in Black. Perfect!
