Hi Stamping Friends!
On December 11, 2003, I had just wrapped up creating my very first batch of hand-stamped Christmas cards to send out to family and friends and I was so
excited about Stampin' Up! that I decided to become a demonstrator! At the time, I had only been to a few workshops, but I was already completely in love with creating with stamps, ink and paper! My goal was simply to sign up for the discount and maybe have a few classes to introduce this craft to others. I didn't know anyone who stamped at the time, aside from Michelle Aschliman, who invited me to my first party. Heck, I didn't even know the demonstrator with whom I signed up and who would resign after just 2 weeks of being on her team!
17 years later, I love stamping and Stampin' Up! more than ever! Never would I ever have imagined that I would have a full-time and growing Stampin' Up! business. I'm so very blessed to be part of this community and all of the amazing friendships, rewards and experiences that come along with it! My team, my customers, my fellow demonstrator friends all around the world and the Stampin' Up! team have deeply impacted my life in such an unbelievable and meaningful way! THANK YOU! I look forward to doing a job I absolutely love for many, many years to come!
This has been an amazing year for my Stampin' Up! business. I've hit many awesome achievements and milestones and it's all because of YOU!
A few weeks ago at our OnStage@Home event, I found out that I was ranked #81 globally among approximately 58,000 demonstrators! I ranked #54 among our more than 30,000 demonstrators here in the United States.
I also hit some amazing milestones this year:
- Ranked #55 in Sales in the United States
- Ranked #39 in Team Building in the United States
- Ranked # 71 in Leadership in the United States
- Hit my $300,000 career sales milestone
- Earned the Maui Extended Incentive Trip (my 6th incentive trip!)
- Advanced to Gold Elite (Only 10 US demos got to this level in 2020)
Again, none of this would have been possible without people like you who share my love of stamping, ready my blog, watch my videos, place orders with me and join my team! Thank you so much! I'm so very & so genuinely grateful for you!

Make All 10 Birthday Cards From My LIVE Class!

Happy (Little-Bit-Late) Birthday Cards I absolutely love this Happiest of Birthdays sentiment, because it fits me perfectly! I'm really good at making the cards, but I'm not so good at sending the cards on time! LOL! I combined the sentiment with the World of Good Designer Series Paper for a couple of masculine-looking cards.
Background Basics—I started this fun-fold card with a 5-1/2" x 7" piece of Cinnamon Cider cardstock, scored at the 4-1/4" mark. I added a 5-1/4" x 2-1/2" piece of World of Good DSP along the top, shortened panel, and a 5-1/4" x 1-1/2" piece of DSP along the bottom of the inside of the card that shows.
Sweet Sentiment—I colored the sentiment with a Cinnamon Cider and Basic Black Stampin' Write Marker directly onto the rubber, then stamped it onto a Whisper White Tasteful Labels die-cut. I cut another of the same shape die-cut in gold Brushed Metallic cardstock, cut it in half lengthwise, and re-adhered it to the top and bottom of the label for a frame.
I fishtail cut the ends of a 4-1/2" x 1-1/2" piece of Crumb Cake and mounted that in the middle of a 3-3/4" x 3" piece of Basic Black. That layer was adhered to the card front top panel with SEAL adhesive. I then popped up the sentiment label on top with Dimesionals.
Finishing Touches—I finished by adding Champagne Rhinestone Jewels to each corner.
Inside the Card—I stamped another Happiest of Birthdays sentiment on the inside in Memento Black ink.
Two Cool—My second card changes the card base and background to Misty Moonlight. I selected a different World of Good DSP to match.
I used Copper Brushed Metallic for the frame and colored the sentiment with Cinnamon Cider and Misty Moonlight.
Which color combination do you like best?
