Hello Cupcake Sweet Wishes Pink Card
I love the combination of two soft pinks—Powder Pink and Petal Pink—on this sweet Hello Cupcake card. The image takes on a certain elegance when it's featured against the Beautifully Detailed laser-cut Designer Series Paper and the black & white polka dots from Botanical Butterflies Designer Series Paper. The Petal Pink/Whisper White Variegated Ribbon gives the card a soft texture that adds to the sweetness. That ribbon is currently on backorder until early April, but you could try the pretty Powder Pink Shimmer Ribbon instead.
Step-By-Step Instructions:
- Cut the Beautifully Detailed Laser-Cut paper in the design/pattern that you want to 3 ½” x 5” and attach to the 3-1/2” x 5” Powder Pink cardstock layer with Glue Dots. Adhere to the front of a Whisper White card base with SNAIL adhesive.
- Layer the Petal Pink/Whisper White Variegated Ribbon onto the card front using Glue Dots to keep it in place. The cupcake image will cover the middle when the card is done.
- Layer the 2-1/4” x 3” Botanical Butterflies polka dot paper onto the 2-3/8” x 3-1/8” Basic Black cardstock with SNAIL. Pop up onto the card front with Dimensionals.
- Stamp the top of the Hello Cupcake cupcake in Powder Pink ink and the bottom of the cupcake in Soft Suede ink onto the Whisper White scrap cardstock. Die-cut the images with the Call Me Cupcake Framelits Dies, then adhere them to the polka dot piece with SNAIL, leaving a space between for the sentiment.
- Stamp your Hello Cupcake sentiment on the 2-1/4” x 1” Powder Pink cardstock in Memento Black ink. Fishtail cut the ends with Paper Snips and pop up onto the card front with Dimensionals.

Thank you so much for sharing these two absolutely beautiful cards with us today! I love them both. Also Thank You for the instructions. It wasn’t till I read your directions that I knew what the Window Sheet was for. I didn’t even see the Window Sheet. I would be proud to send someone a card like this! Again, Thank you, is a small thing, with BIG meaning! Thank YOU, Angie for these great directions.
