I found this amazing Impressions Abloom card idea on the Stampin’ Up! website. Did you know that you can find inspiration at the Online Store by simply clicking on the bundle and scrolling through the photos. There are usually 2 or more ideas to jump-start your creativity for the bundle. So cool!

Let’s take a closer look at this Stampin’ Up! card idea! By the way, this is not one of my class cards, just a Too Cool technique I thought you would want to try with this set!

The card begins with a background paper from the Beautiful Bokeh DSP pack. The 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ piece is likely mounted onto a Thick Basic White card front.

The watercolor focal point is created on the Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper, allowing the inks to spread and bleed for a lovely watercolor effect. The Impressions Abloom flowers are stamped in Berry Burst and a peachy color that I’m not quite sure about. It looks to me like a stamped-off Timid Tiger or Calypso Coral. Leaves are stamped in Old Olive with possibly Lemon Lime Twist for the filler color. You could experiment with a variety of colors to get similar results that look amazing!

After stamping the bouquet onto the Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper, it looks like the piece was very lightly spritzed with water, or possibly lightly brushed with a mostly damp brush. Just enough to blur the lines, just a bit. Once it was completely dry, it was mounted onto the card front with SEAL Adhesive.

Another large flower and some leaves were stamped then die-cut and popped up over the top of the watercolored background.

The Impressions Abloom sentiment was stamped in Petunia Pop ink onto a 1″ wide strip of Basic White. After being banner-cut on the edges, it was popped up over the focal point with more Dimensionals.

A few Berry Burst Impressions Abloom mini flowers were die-cut and attached around the focal point with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Then, several accents from the Strawberry Slush & Pretty In Pink Gems pack are scattered around the bouquet like dew drops. Delightful!
