Today, I'm sharing cards from the Tip Top Taupe month of my In Color Club! Participate in the Club to get all of the new In Colors in a budget-friendly way! Are you interested in joining? I still have openings in Group #2! See complete details for the In Color Club.

In Color Club Cards Featuring Tip Top Taupe—One of the bonuses of being part of my In Color Club is that you'll also get additional supplies to use with that month's In Color to create 4 matching cards with envelopes! That's a 20 cards in all! These are the cards you can make during the Tip Top Taupe month!

Background Basics—I love the striped paper from the Envelope Paper In Color assortment. I think the 3" x 4" element makes a terrific background for the fun phrases from the new Friendly Wishes stamp set! After adhering it to the Tip Top Taupe card base, I adhered a piece of matching Tip Top Taupe Dotted Lace Trim around the card front.

TIP: The lace wraps all the way around the card front and I adhered the ends under the focal point layer. I learned quickly that SNAIL doesn't hold the lace well. I ended up placing Dimensionals on the edges of the lace, half on the lace & half on the paper, to hold it in place more securely.

Sweet Sentiment—I stamped the Friendly Wishes phrase onto Whisper White card stock, then die-cut it with the Deco Label Framelits and popped it up with those Dimensionals.

Bitty Blooms—I created some simple Tip Top Taupe flower accents using punch-outs from the Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack. I curved the blooms around the point of my Bone Folder to give them some dimension, then adhered them with Glue Dots. The centers have sparkly Rhinestone Jewels.

Two Cool—I used the same elements to create another vertical card using another sentiment from Friendly Wishes.

This time I tied the Lace Trim into a textured faux-bow!

Three Cool—Of course, I had to try a couple horizontal versions. This Friendly Wishes greeting was smaller, so I added a couple of the accent images on the top and bottom of the label.

Four Cool—This was another smaller Friendly Wishes sentiment, so I added the coordinating dotted line underneath. This is the card where I found out the SNAIL didn't work on the Lace Trim, so it's pretty droopy. Lesson learned!
