Hi Stamping Friends!

Today, I'm sharing cards from the Watermelon Wonder month of my In Color Club!  It's a great way to get all of the new In Colors in a budget-friendly way!  Are you interested in joining?  I still have openings in Group #2!  See complete details for the In Color Club.

Watermelon Butterfly Trio - 4 cool

In Color Club Cards Featuring Watermelon Wonder—One of the bonuses of being part of my In Color Club is that you'll also get additional supplies to use with that month's In Color to create 4 matching cards with envelopes!  That's a 20 cards in all!  These are the cards you can make during the Watermelon Wonder month!

Watermelon Butterfly Trio - 1

Background Basics—I started with a 4-1/8" x 5-3/8" layer of Whisper White card stock that was embossed with the Modern Mosaic Texture Impressions Folder.  Then, I wrapped the new Watermelon Wonder Dotted Lace Trim around the front and adhered the ends to the back with SNAIL adhesive before mounting it onto a Watermelon Wonder card base.

Watermelon Butterfly Trio - 1.5

Flower Focal Point—I die-cut a foundation for my butterflies with the Ovals Collection Framelits and popped it up on the card front!  TIP: The Dimensionals won't stick to the lace very well, so keep your Dimensionals away from any overlapping areas.

Butterfly Trio—I punched three butterflies with the Elegant Butterfly Punch: two were from Watermelon Wonder card stock and one was from the new, striped Watermelon Wonder In Color Envelope Paper.  They are each adhered with Glue Dots.  I added Pearl Jewels for the butterfly bodies.

Sweet Sentiment—I finished off the card with an And Many More greeting, stamped in Watermelon Wonder ink, and die-cut with the Bitty Banners Framelits.  Half of the sentiment was adhered with SNAIL and the other half was with Dimensionals.

Watermelon Butterfly Trio - 2

Two Cool—All four of the cards are created with the same basic elements, but you can play with them a bit to get some different looks.  Here, added the same focal point to a horizontal card base.  There is much more room for the And Many More sentiments this way!

Watermelon Butterfly Trio - 4

Three Cool—On my third attempt, I tried adding the greeting over the top of the center butterfly.  I like it!

Watermelon Butterfly Trio - 5

Four Cool—On the final card, I eliminated one of the butterflies (you could use it to decorate the inside) and simply created a double-layer butterfly.  I really like this cute & simple version!
