Pick A Season Good Day To Celebrate Card
Barb Mullikin created this sweet swap card filled with lots of Sale-a-Bration products!
Background Basics
Barb created a vertically folded Crumb Cake card base. Before adding any layers, she wrapped the card front with some Shy Shamrock Bordered Ribbon, securing the ends with SEAL Adhesive under the card front layers.
Stamped Scene
Barb stamped the Pick A Season Sale-a-Bration tree leaves image in Shy Shamrock ink onto a 3-1/2″ x 4-3/4″ piece of Basic White. Next, she stamped the tree trunk in Early Espresso ink, then added the flower images in each blank tree space with Berry Burst ink. The Pick A Season clouds were stamped along the top in Balmy Blue. And, finally she added a sentiment from the Day To Celebrate Sale-a-Bration stamp set in Berry Burst.
Focal Point Layers
Barb cut the grassy layer from a piece of Bloom Impressions Designer Series Paper, another Sale-a-Bration selection. The piece measured 3-1/2″ x 1-1/4″, and was trimmed into small hills with Paper Snips, then adhered with SEAL. She mounted the entire layer onto a 3-5/8″ x 4-7/8″ piece of Berry Burst and popped it up with Dimensionals.
Finishing Touches
She added a single sequin from the Purple Sequins Sale-a-Bration pack in a Berry Burst color. Perfect!
