12 Days of Crafting Big Thanks Butterflies Card
Here’s another little sneak peek from the 12 Days of Crafting 12 Projects Tutorial that I’m offering exclusively to customers who purchase the 12 Days of Crafting Calendar from me. Spoiler Alert: I’ll be talking about several products that come in the countdown Calendar!
Background Basics
I started this sweet card by cutting a Memories & More card pattern in half and adhering them to the top left and bottom right of the Pretty In Pink card base. I adhered the white flower embossed Memories & More layer onto a 4-1/8″ x 3-1/8″ piece of Flirty Flamingo cardstock, then mounted that onto the card front with SEAL Adhesive.
Sweet Sentiment
I stamped a 12 Days of Crafting sentiment in Gray Granite onto the right end of a 4-1/4″ x 3/4″ strip of Pretty In Pink cardstock. I wrapped some of the Pretty In Pink & White Baker’s Twine around the strip before popping it up with Dimensionals.
Focal Point
The butterfly is a pre-printed element in the kit. I popped that up with Dimensionals for a cute little focal point. Next, I die-cut a couple of tiny butterflies from Flirty Flamingo cardstock and attached those with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I finished by adding a few tiny clear heart baubles with more Liquid Glue. The elements from the 12 Days of Crafting Calendar made this sweet card come together quickly!
