Hi Stamping Friends!
As we are hunkering inside for today's snow storm, I'm putting the finishing touches on my Occasions Catalog & Sale-a-Bration Kickoff Party! 480 cards are prepped and 20 supply totes are ready to go! I hope that Mother Nature is kind enough to allow us to party tomorrow! If you are participating, look for weather updates via email from me!
I thought today's Birthday Cheer Kickoff Party cards were very fitting! Hope you enjoy them and the weather wherever you are today!

It's Time For A Spectacular Celebration Cards
I love the large, colorable images from the Birthday Cheers stamp set! They make cheerful focal points on birthday cards for any age!
Background Basics—I began by cutting a 5-1/4" x 4" piece of Whisper White, then layering a 3" x 4" piece of How Sweet It Is Designer Series Paper on the left side. I wrapped some of the Reversible Granny Apple Green/Coastal Cabana Satin Ribbon around the layers, securing them on the back with Tear & Tape Adhesive. I mounted everything onto a Gorgeous Grape card base.
How Sweet It Is—This paper is so fun and delightfully colored! The candy and sweets sides are perfect for kids cards, and the polka dot and striped sides make fun backgrounds for any birthday card!
Sweet Sentiment—I stamped the Birthday Cheer greeting in Gorgeous Grape ink onto a 3-1/4" x 2-1/2" piece of Whisper White, layered it onto a 3-1/2" x 2-3/4" piece of Coastal Cabana and popped it up with Dimensionals.
Finishing Touches—I stamped the Birthday Cheer cupcake image in Gorgeous Grape and colored it in with Coastal Cabana, Granny Apple Green and Melon Mambo Stampin' Write Markers. I die-cut it with the coordinating Detailed Birthday Edgelits dies and adhered it with SNAIL. I finished by adding a few Glitter Enamel Dots that coordinate with the colors and dots beautifully and add some sparkle!
Bundle It & SAVE—Purchase the Birthday Cheer stamp set and the Detailed Birthday Edgelits together in a Bundle to save 10% off the cost of purchasing them separately.
Two Cool—The second version was a swap card that I received from Tina Rappe. She started with a Melon Mambo card base and chose a striped How Sweet It Is DSP pattern for the background. She used the same reversible ribbon, this time with the Coastal Cabana side showing. She also stamped the greeting in Melon Mambo ink.
Happy Birthday Hat—Tina's birthday hat was stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, then colored with Melon Mambo and Pool Party markers. What a quick & easy birthday card! Thanks for sharing, Tina! I'm sure my party stampers will love it!
