I absolutely adore this birthday card, possibly because of the Too Cool color combination that matches my business logo! Love it!
Retiring Items Used On This Project: Glitter Enamel Dots, Bermuda Bay Mini & Old Olive Chevron Ribbons
Step-By-Step Instructions:
- Wrap Old Olive & Bermuda Bay Mini Chevron Ribbons around front part of the Rich Razzleberry card base and secure to the front with Tear & Tape Adhesive.
- Die-cut Happy Birthday Thinlits greeting using the Big Shot and Basic Gray cardstock.
- Stamp large and small outline images of the flowers randomly in the upper left and bottom right corners of a 4-3/4” x 3-1/2” Whisper White piece using Rich Razzleberry and Bermuda Bay inks. Add the bold images to the outline images. TIP: stamp the bold images off twice before adding them, this creates a much lighter image and makes the outline image pop.
- Repeat this process with the larger flowers in Bermuda Bay on a scrap Whisper White, fussy cut them out and add them over a few of the Bermuda Bay flowers for some dimension.
- Add the small leaves with Old Olive, stamping some of them off first.
- Add the die-cut greeting to the center of this layer with Dimensionals. Adhere the layer to the 4-7/8” x 3-5/8” Basic Gray mat with SNAIL.
- Mount layers to the card base with Stampin' Dimesionals.
- Add a few Glitter Enamel Dots.

Oooh! I love the way this birthday greeting pops against the contrasting black background! How fun!
Step-By-Step Instructions:
- Stamp Flowers along top and bottom of 5-1/4” x 4” Berry Burst layer with White Craft Ink. Use SNAIL to attach to Whisper White Card Base
- Die-cut Happy Birthday greeting from Scrap of Whisper White using the Happy Birthday Thinlits and the Big Shot.
- Use Aqua Painter to color die-cut with Berry Burst, Powder Pink and Lemon Lime Twist inks
- Let dry, then adhere die-cut to 5-1/8” x 3-3/4” Basic Black layer with the Fine Tip Glue Pen.
- Stamp Happy Birthday Gorgeous flowers with White Ink on the black layer. Adhere to the Berry Burst layer with SNAIL.
- Stamp Greeting on ½” wide Whisper White scrap, flag ends and pop up with Dimensionals.
