Yesterday, I shared a couple of cool Love of Leaves recessed window cards. Today, I'm using those leaf die-cuts that were left over from the Plaid Tidings windows to create a couple of additional card designs! You can create all four of those cards as part of my Love of Leaves 10-Card Class Kit.

Love of Leaves Plaid Leaves Cards
I used the leftover Plaid Tidings die-cuts from yesterday's pair of recessed windows cards to create two unique fall-themed cards. Both of these cards, along with the two recessed windows cards from yesterday, are part of my 10-card Class Kit.
Background Basics—I started by embossing a 3" x 4-1/4" piece of So Saffron cardstock with the cool lines die from the Stitched Leaves Dies. I ran this unique die through once on the top of the piece and a second time with it along the bottom. I'm loving the awesome faux stitched texture it creates! I layered the lined piece onto a 3-1/8" x 4-3/8" piece of Cajun Craze, then tied some Bumblebee Gingham Ribbon around the layers. They are mounted onto a Thick Whisper White card base.
Plaid Leaf—I created a foundation for the Plaid Tidings Stitched Leaves shape with a Pretty Peacock Stitched Shapes oval die-cut. The leaf is popped up onto the oval and the oval is popped up onto the card front with Dimensionals.
Finishing Touches—I finished by stamping a Love of Leaves greeting in Cajun Craze ink onto a 3-3/8" x 3/8" strip of Whisper White cardstock. I fishtail cut the ends before attaching it across the leaf with SEAL adhesive. I finished with a Calypso Coral Artistry Blooms Sequins for a little sparkle.
Two Cool—I tried a completely different design for the second Stitched Leaves die-cut.
Background Basics—This time, I started by embossing a 3-3/4" x 2-1/4" piece of Merry Merlot cardstock with the Wrapped In Texture Mini Embossing Folder. It's mounted onto a 3-3/4" x 5" piece of Misty Moonlight cardstock and layered onto a 3-7/8" x 5-1/8" piece of Whisper White. I tied some Whisper White Crinkled Seam Binding around the layers and mounted everything onto a Seaside Spray card base.
Lovely Leaf—I adhered the Plaid Tidings Stitched Leaves shape to a Whisper White Layering Circles die-cut, along with a Melon Mambo scalloped circle from the same die set. I popped up the circle with Dimensionals.
Finishing Touches—I stamped a Love of Leaves greeting in Misty Moonlight ink onto a 1-3/4" x 1/2" strip of Seaside Spray, fishtail cut the end and tucked it underneath the leaf. I finished by adding a few Pearl Jewels floating around the circle.
